Christian Camps at Chepstow for Young People

Christian Worship Camps are run by the “Christian Worship Publishing Trust” (CWPT). The CWPT Committee have recently published a new hymn book called “Christian Worship” and are also responsible for organising the Birmingham Conference.

What is the Christian Worship (CW) Camps?

  • Christian Worship Cardiff Camp / During August 2016, a group of about 30 young adults and 6 leaders will meet in the church hall belonging to Tabernacle Cardiff for CW Cardiff Camp 16. There will be ministry and much opportunity for fellowship. There will also be various activities and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the city and the surrounding countryside.
  • Christian Worship Chepstow Camp / At the end of August 2016, a group of up to 50 campers and 14 leaders will be gathering together in the beautiful Wye valley at Woodcroft Christian Centre for CW Chepstow Camp 16. It will be a time of evangelistic preaching, small group bible studies, day trips, activities, games and fellowship. Camp is also a good opportunity for catching up with old friends and making new ones too! With a wide variety of activities, and beautiful walks in the surrounding areas, you will always have something to do.

When are CW Camps 16?

  • CW Cardiff Camp / The camp will be held at the church hall in Tabernacle Cardiff – from Monday 22 August to Saturday 27 August 2016.
  • CW Chepstow Camp / The camp will be held at Woodcroft Christian Centre in Chepstow – from Monday 22 August to Saturday 27 August 2016.

Who is camp for?

  • CW Cardiff Camp 16 is for young adults aged 18 and over. You will need to be 18 years of age, on or before 22 August 2015 in order to attend. The church hall at Tabernacle Caridff has a capacity of 36 spaces for campers and leaders.
  • CW Chepstow Camp 16 is aimed at young people aged between 11 and 17. You will need to be 11 years of age, on or before 31 August 2016 in order to attend. Woodcroft Christian Centre has a maximum capacity of 50 spaces for campers – 25 boys and 25 girls.

How much will it cost?

The cost per camper for CW Chepstow Camp 2016 will be £135. The cost per camper for CW Cardiff Camp 2016 will be £100. The cost includes accommodation and food. £10 family discount will be available for each additional sibling from the same family.

How do I book my place?

You will be able to book through filling in a camp brochure and sending to address given on that brochure. Brochures will be launched at the Birmingham Conference on 18 March – and details will be available on the Bookings page after 18 March.
